We loved everything about our stay here! We stayed here one night earlier in the week and heard a lot of traffic noise however they placed us in a room with a wall toward the highway and we did not hear any noise at all from this room! The place is lovely, loved the room, the staff for the hotel and restaurant were wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic!!

Our room seemed to be newly renovated and was clean and well presented. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room service required a €10 upcharge to deliver to our room which felt a bit unreasonable and the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking for the price. It was uncommonly warm when we stayed and the room was stuffy because we couldn’t open the window due to the construction outside the room. I would recommend requesting a room facing way from the construction if possible. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay and not far from shops and the motorway.

I arrived the night before my flight and could not find a legal parking spot in the entire car ramp beneath the hotel, nor in the parking lot outside of the hotel. I stayed in this hotel five years ago, and it has become run down since that time. Not convenient to walk to the airport as it had been. The shuttle was handy, thankfully.

The location is pretty good, a block from St Stephens Green. The hotel is good but I think that the 5 star rating doesn’t do it any favors because it is not comparable to other 5 star properties in the city. It is a good hotel and that is it, nothing special about it. The breakfast is okay but the service is pretty bad. Lots of waiters trying to hard not to make eye contact so they cam avoid taking your order. Stuff we ordered just never arrived on a couple of occasions. The bar is very nice with good service. We didnt try restaurant for lunch or dinnee because there are many options available close by.

The room was good space and clean so it was comfortable to stay. The receptionist was kind and warm helping.
