Isla de Coiba Golf Vacations

Unfortunately this is the first time I feel the need to write a review on a hotel. Let me say that the property is beautiful and the location is excellent. However, the hotel probably gave us the worst room in the hotel. There was loud banging for a few hours above us "late" at night. The room didn't have enough outlets to plug in our electronics. The closet, if you can call it that, didn't have enough space for our clothing. The cleaning staff barely made our beds. We know better than buying from the room's bar but they took our full bottles of water one night forcing us to buy they $15+ bottle of water. The switch to turn on the bathroom light, also turned the light in the bedroom that was constantly blinking. When we checked out, I complained to the person at the front desk about the excessive charge of a bottle of water and other, and her response was something along the lines of "well that's how it is". She could have at least comp us on the water just as a customer service tactic. Clearly this hotel is not interested in repeat customers. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Overall a good place to stay for exploring Panama. Lots of restaurants and activities walking distance.
