Udo Fishing Vacations

The hotel is old and very poorly maintained. The bathroom sink was leaking and broken, and the sound of water dripping from the air conditioning kept us awake and interfered with our sleep. The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. We paid for breakfast but had to leave early for an early flight, so we asked if we could substitute it with lunch or dinner (we even suggested to pack extra if needed), or if they could simply pack us a breakfast-to-go. They flat out said “no” and refused to accommodate us in any way. They didn't try to help at all and clearly didn't care about our experience.

Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing

The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful when asked for recommendations, and even assisted in early check in options by joining their membership. Convenient store next door was very great. Rooms were not very soundproofed though with noise coming in from the windows. Enough to wake me a twice in a 6 night stay. That's the only 1* less. Non carpeted floors! Very very clean! All in all, a good experience, just wished they could do something about the noise.

Hotel Staffs are so kind~

Hands down the best stay I've had in Jeju! The staff were so kind and attentive, making the entire visit seamless. Plenty of things for the whole family. My kids loved the arcade. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and had a magnificent view. Couldn't have asked for a better experience—10/10 recommend!
