Beautiful upkept property with a friendly and helpful staff. The suite was setup like an apartment with all needs met - was surprised there are two bathrooms in suite. Very comfortable bed and a Murphy bed in the living area. There is a large grocery store and numerous restaurants within a 10 mile radius that we enjoyed during our 5 day stay. Would stay here again if in the area.

The Pocaterra Inn was an okay place to stay, and the staff were very friendly. I really appreciated that they loaned us a bear spray for our family hikes—that was incredibly helpful! However, the breakfast was very simple and nothing special. We also noticed a bottleneck with the elevator. There is only one elevator for the entire building, which isn't enough to handle all the guests and the housekeeping staff across four floors. It often took a long time to arrive, so we ended up taking the stairs many times. Lastly, we had a safety issue one day. After cleaning, the housekeeping staff accidentally left the inner swing bar lock flipped out. This blocked the automatic door closer, leaving our room door unlatched and unlocked. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but management must pay much more attention to these security details.

This is a must stay, beautiful property by the water. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. My kids loved the suite and spending time in the jacuzzi, playing in the water and making smores by the water. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the sauna/gym were perfect. We will come back again!
