Front desk were very welcoming on arrival and check in was excellent and smooth. Breakfast was great and fresh everyday. The added perk of helping yourself by grabbing a coffee any time of the day was great too. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything. Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean, only slept here. The bedding and bathroom comfy and adequate. The hotel was excellent value for where we were situated in the heart of the area. Within walking distance.

Rooms are cute retro nautical theme. We were upgraded from a medium room to a large room due to our expedia VIP status. They also had a couple of complementary mini coke zero and a bag of chips in the room. The beds were softer than most of the beds we have had in Asia (not as soft at home).Room had an honor mini bar with snacks and beverages. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was a bit far from the MTR, considering the hot summer weather and pouring rain. However, the facility is well maintained, and all the bell service is excellent. Shops are considered to be ok considering the location. I think the best experience we had during our 9 days of stay was the housekeeping service, and most of the staff are very friendly, except for the front desk, which we did not feel welcome. I believe this could definitely be improved.

Very clean and convenient location

Clean and comfortable. Easy to access shopping mall, restaurants and MTR. It need to add the shuttle service in between airport.
