Room was clean. check in was easy. all staff was beyond friendly

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic

This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one staying at the property at the time and it was a little quiet and unsettling for some reason, but clean and beautifully appointed. My only complaint is that the common area was an icebox while the room itself had no thermostat and it felt like the temperature was set at 74° and made it very difficult to sleep.
