What a classic, historic place to stay. We loved it!

Choose the location due to it being three blocks from Progressive Field. We were in town just for the night. We got there at check in, was told our room wasn’t ready and we’d get a text. No big deal. Walked back to front desk 15 minutes later to ask if we could leave our bags to go explore, and was told our room was in fact ready, and they weren’t sure why we were told that. Ok, fine. The area surrounding the hotel had a crackhead smoking in front of the hotel shouting about god, and another woman let us know white people are terrible. The three blocks to the stadium had a few more of these folks, but it is the city and these are tough times. The “bodega” at the front desk had few options, and all of it was fancy, but strange brands that I’ve never heard of, and no bottled water. Ketchup flavored chips for $8, and health bars I’ve never even seen at the grocery store. There is no free breakfast, or even complimentary coffee, but there was a wine tasting thing going on for an hour at some point. Asked later in the evening if we could have a cot, as my teenage boys were arguing over their queen bed. Was told our room does not qualify for a cot. Extremely disappointed for the cost.

Great location, beautiful new boutique hotel. Helpful staff.

Hotel is super convenient to Rocket Arena. We were able to walk the two blocks to the arena through an underground tunnel, avoiding getting wet.

Great location to Rocket Arena, literally across the street! Not well managed, seemed short of staff. Couldn’t reach front desk from my room phone with issue with tv remote. So missed a World Cup match. No coffee!!! In room or lobby, nothing complimentary. I was directed to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee but only one person was working & didn’t have time to wait, so just requested my car $60 for 1 night valet and drove to a gas station & headed home.
