Everyone is nice and so kind. There are so many things to do. The food is good many places to choose from. The resort is so clean. The room was cleaned everyday they did a fantastic job. The pool was clean and a Perfect temperature. The staff at the pool make the experience so much fun with especially the entertainment crew. This was my second time going to this resort and it will be one I go to again!

Excellent service from our butlers, especially Danny, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entertainment team was amazing, and Edwin from recreation was excellent as well—always friendly, energetic, and engaging. The cleaning staff and everyone throughout the resort were exceptional, always ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.

The service at this Resort is below substandard, most of the service employees seem annoyed when you asked their assistance. The beach and pool area service is non-existent if somehow you do catch a service worker coming through and can get them to stop and order a drink it's a 15-minute wait for them to come back. The food was very poor, overcooked and tasteless. The rooms air conditioner could not keep the temperature cool or the humidity out all our clothes at a wet feel to them as did the bed and all the Linens. This is a very large resort with I would say hundreds of employees we did find three that were fantastic even with healthy tipping all service members no matter how the service they seem to not care and would ignore you the second time you asked for assistance, Leonardo at the front which I would call A bellhop and A fantastic. Pedro at the front lobby bar area was fantastic. Victor at the El Rancho restaurant near the pool area was fantastic. All other services substandard. Definitely will be going to other resorts in the future, have stayed at many resorts and many countries this was my least favorite experience

Best thing about the hotel was the Rooms Very spacious Very comfortable bed Very clean. The Food was great but because of the humidity some foods were not cold enough like the cheeses and ice cream The pools were great specially having a bar there to keep hydrated whenever you need a drink
