The only feedback I have is i continuously had issues with the door locks,
Upon arrival my door wouldn't lock the staff quickly moved me into another room.
The newroom i had issues with the door lock as well. I continuously had to go to the main office for them to either. Get me a new key or a key re download the current key,
The staff was amazing, the entirety of the time and made it a seamless issue.

There is no housekeeping for 2-night stays. Staff fulfilled my request for extra comforters promptly. Coffee bar could be better with better coffee and creamer. Staff was friendly.

My only complaint is the bed, it was hard and the sheets were rough. It's an older property that is only partially updated, but it was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location is wonderful.

I didn’t mind having the ground floor room where you couldn’t see the ocean but wouldn’t stay in one again. Upstairs guests were very heavy walkers and had a child that ran back and forth in the room which was pretty noisy. Other than that I would definitely stay again just on the upper level.
