AMAZING! The view! Exactly what we needed!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay at Bacolod Beach! I had such a nice and relaxing stay at Bacolod Beach. I really enjoyed all the amenities, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant was great, and everything about the place just felt comfortable and peaceful. One of my favorite parts of the stay was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds, and falling asleep to the waves from the ocean. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the water, was incredibly calming. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and I truly enjoyed everything. I would definitely come back again!

Clean room. Very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and willing to bring extra towels and shampoo and conditioner on request. They have golf carts and bicycles to use. 3 very clean well kept pools. Breakfast was great as a meat eater but not many vegetarian options or gluten free options. Can have more veggie filled dishes other than pastries and waffles etc. Food tasted wonderful. Easter time of year has plenty sargassum seaweed which smells quite unpleasant but at the main pool was very breezy and didn’t get the smell. The staff is extremely friendly and would love to interact with them again. AC was good we had no issues. Fridge in room but no microwave. Standing shower and bathtub both present in the bathroom. Room came with large balcony and chairs to sit and was very relaxing. Free parking. Would love to visit again but at a different time of year with less seaweed and hopefully they can have more vegetarian/gluten free breakfast options. 5 minute drive into Crown Point or Shirvan Road where has many food and beach options.

The property is magnificent. Has its own beautiful beach. But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. Our first night we ask for another blanket and they had none but send me a flat sheet Our beach towels were very damp because they did not have dry ones available. The worst part is that the running water in the room was medium brown in color. I could not use the water to make some tea or brush my teeth. I went to the front desk and ask for water- they gave me 2 little bottles and said I would have to pay if I want more. Maintenance came by and said it was not an easy fix. Same time a couple in a room about four rooms down from mines heard the conversation and stated that they were about to go to front desk to report the same issue. This hotel has always been the one that I stayed at on every visit to Tobago. Service has always been excellent. Clearly something has changed and I am hoping whatever shortcomings they’re experiencing is going to be short lived. I’m not writing off this hotel- I will be going back again.

The ocean was visible from my room, such a beautiful scene. The staff was the best especially Mitch and Taneal! You guys made our day! The rooms were clean, the bathroom could do with a little tlc. Will be going back in the near future

Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. No food available at beach front bar on the first day. Shout out to Jamal who went over and beyond to accommodate for the flaws and made the stay bearable. Sad to see such a previously prestigious site in this condition.
