The villa itself had potential, but our stay was not as comfortable as we expected. The biggest issue was the AC, which was not working properly, and the villa became hot and uncomfortable, especially when trying to relax or sleep.
We were also disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the villa. It did not feel as clean or well-prepared as we would expect for a guest stay.
Overall, the location/property, but the AC and cleanliness issues really affected our experience. I hope the owners address these concerns for future guests. The actual resort was really nice and the receptionists that attended us were really nice and addressed all of our concerns.
