Great location, friendly staff

Staff friendly, staff greeting at entrance Lawson at the hotel No AC and Horrible smell (urine) at the hallway Breakfast ok but not great

Stayed for 5 days and I had the best time ..everyone there were polite ,helpful and cheerful. The room was just perfect size for me . It was very clean and well maintained..loved the shower as the water force was great.. the tub size was good toobreakfast buffet was very delicious and healthy..they even let you carry out coffee.

This is a sweet little hotel with a big heart. If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would. They are so upbeat and friendly - the best I experienced in my trip to southern japan. The hotel is close to the wharf if you are traveling to other islands, and it is about a 6 block or 5 minute walk (without suitcases) from the monorail station - the sidewalks are decent if you are rolling your suitcase but not exactly the easiest thing to do from what I saw so you might want to keep that in mind if you go that route. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but we made due. I loved the pajamas that came with the room. I wish I had them at home! The water pressure and AC were excellent. The restaurant is Mexican style food. We had one breakfast and one lunch there. The food was really good, expecially the lunch tacos! Except for the room size I would give this hotel a 5 star rating.
