I really wasn't in the mood to address it due to the employee had charged my credit card then canceled after realizing the mistake she made. I gave her some grace but it doesn't take away that I was will overcharged by 58 cent. Next, I get to my room & didn't realize there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. So the next day, I asked one of the cleaning staff members for some wash clothes, however, that was challenging as well due to the language barrier. It was just alot going on but it worked out having to use my translator on my phone. As far as the drinks, those were really good but I have to pass on the food as it wasn't all that great to me. Also, when attempting to get a blue towel for me to go near the pool, the employee acted as if he didn't want to give me a towel due to the wrist band I had on which was for Alititude. I didn't have no issue the previous day getting a towel and I wasn't aware that I needed to go somewhere else to get a towel. I was very frustrated with that and still received the towel.The beach was nice, the entertainment was good and I liked the swings. (1,000 reviews) 100% get the all inclusive, this is the first experience I’ve had with an all inclusive resort in Mexico that has excellent food, if you don’t get all inclusive you’ll spend a lot more so it’s worth it. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, overall vibe is chill. Guests are mainly mid 30s and older. Location is very nice. Avoid the member presentation it’s 4 hours long and they will tell you it’s roughly 70 minute and that it’s not a time share but it’s basically a time share. Save your time, I lost 4 hours of my day, unless you actually want to sign up. Would definitely stay again. Trying to get it fixed was like pulling teeth. I believe the simple solution would have been to move us but the manager on duty at front desk declined. Sink was broke for six hours. Three people looked at it and never returned. I called front desk several time and never could speak with a manager, because I was told the line was long. I finally went to counter and was told to be patient and give two more hours. Second problem at dinner I wanted two pieces of fish. The waiter made me wait for a hour in between servings. I questioned him he stated “ It’s a different plate” then he walked off. Mind you this is all inclusive. Not happy about that. Food portions could be larger, but presentation is good. I brought both problems to Brissa’s (concierge)attention and situation was rectified. We were upgraded. Me and my husband felt respected and happy. There were some pretty amazing staff here are a few. Brissa, Gabriel, Cora, Ismael, Caesar,Sergio, Carlos, Urael. Thank you for a great stay and we would return.
