Great staff. Clean room and close to shops.

This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

Warm and inviting, just wish the staff was more responsive to the guests needs and requests.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Staff was friendly. Location was convenient but this was definitely not a five-star. I stayed at five star hotels and resorts all over the world at best. Just wasn't three

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!
