Friendly staff, very accommodating. Forgot to pass on the handle of the hair dryer was broken and the shower head would not stay on the latch. Nice shower, clean room with lots of hot water.

I waited over an hour for a room and when I got to the room there were stains on the couch white and black. The curtains in the room where torn and looked as if there was vomit on them.
