The front desk offered to help me carry in my luggage. That goes above and beyond regular customer service, that is down right awesome. The room is spotless, the appliances are brand new, and they have continental breakfast included in the room price. Best of all the breakfast includes waffles. However there is no elevator and the stairs were dirty. The side door though there was a key entrance was actually kept unlocked which made us feel a little unsafe due to the area it is in. The bed was very comfortable. The place itself was great, and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean and supplied with shampoo and conditioner which definitely helped if you did not want to drag things along. The town itself is incredibly small, so if you are looking for a place to get away, Boaz is the town. Looking at where the location of this hotel was, I was not quite sure if it would be safe at first. The other hotel in town definitely was not in a safer area either. There was no bugs but it was left dirty atleast for my standards and the main cleaning person seemed ill i even brought it up.
