"The entire hotel was very clean, staff was so friendly, and the room was amazing! The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The bathroom was huge and the shower was delightful...great water pressure and extremely clean! I will definitely be back!"

We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We went down to get breakfast at 6:45, supposed to be ready at 6:00, and nothing was ready. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we were crunched for time and had to get breakfast elsewhere. "

"We are so incredibly pleased with how courteous and professional the staff are, all of the dining options (there is a beautifully put together room service menu with a plethora of options), and many amenities (I had lavender relaxation oil on my bedside table!). There are plenty of entertainment options in the area that are especially easy to walk to or a short drive away. We will most definitely be back. "

"Appeared to be brand new. Very clean and everything in good condition. I never stayed at this chain before so didn't no what to expect. The facility was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. However......the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Snack bars and pre-packaged muffins. No coffee available except at breakfast and only cafinated (decaf was instant). You could ask for a coffee maker in your room (we brought our own coffee) but it's a drip percolator type that won't use...
