Limited parking, but that is about the same for all hotels in the area. Room was a little minimal and dated but comfortable. Good walking distance from the ferry to Dry Tortugas.

Our room was relatively clean, but the shower didn’t drain. I really appreciated the concierge for her help, and the shuttle service was awesome. Overall it was a pretty alright hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but I don’t really have complaints.

The hotel was in the best central location to walk everywhere, Duval St, restaurants, water sport rental booths, bars, market, etc... The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptional. The only area of improvement was the Serenity Pool. It needed some TLC - wash down the ground (too much bird poop) and refresh towels (there never were any). Other than that, it was great.

The property is very convenient and I loved that there were multiple places to access sitting by the water. My room had a sliding glass door to a porch, but the neighbors are literally right next to us smoking, so we couldn’t use it. The pool was nice. The breakfast was a nice meal with a view on the dock.

We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.
