No microwave, no drinks, pool was listed as under construction on Expedia but was fully functioning at hotel.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it has gone downhill but this time was unbelievable. Shockingly bad service from the outset. The night manager who took ages to answer the door to the breakfast with intermittent hot food, with missing equipment, awful check-in, poor coffee ...

It was an older hotel and it showed in places, but the staff were super friendly and the location was great.

One pool was down, elevators were broken down, shower backed up, never got blankets that were ordered twice.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep at a rate you pay this is the place. Even if it says “newly remodeled room” it’s still a very basic room with no usb outlets. Also if your into electronic check in / check out this is the place. There is no front desk check in there.

Hotel room and view were great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Little booking issue with room at checkin but the staff cleared it up and all good. The pool was nice with a great view, although closes way too early (5 or 6pm). Overall, really enjoyed my stay and will be back.
