Oakland spring break vacation deals

We were in town for a quick weekend to catch a couple Giants games and chose to stay at LUMA due to its very close proximity to Oracle Park. Proximity to the ball park cannot be beat however know that traffic gets VERY busy in the area up to a couple hours before game time. We were often heading back to the hotel before game time so we got caught in traffic AND paid surge prices. Loved the breakfast and happy hour!

Excellent hotel with delicious breakfast. Rooms nice and clean. Maintained temperature indoor pool. Restaurant at the hotel was good for drinks and dinner

The door to the room slammed and all other room doors also slammed very loudly.

Nice hotel and nice staff. The room was big and had a kitchen. I stayed only one night.

Staff was great rooms were nice too, secured parking across the street.

Clean room

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel isn’t too big which is an advantage, and it is a little old, but it is clean and has all the essentials that you would need including a restaurant and a small gym. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station.

Clean room

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The interior design was interesting - modern touches to offset a slight retro feel. I was surprised how quiet it was at night despite being on a main road.
