The location and self check in were excellent. The view from the room on the Douro river was magical. It would be helpful receiving detailed parking instructions ahead of time. Although available parking was far from the room and extremely expensive.

Great location, wonderful historic apartment, I did not realize there was no elevsator so the 4 flights of stairs was not easy with luggage but it was a unique, cool place to stay.

By far the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Glamorous, immaculate, spectacular hotel. I had breakfast included, the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating and the pool is so relaxing. I didn’t want to leave!
