staff member was rude and inpatient when we asked questions about the deposit, he wasn’t able to fully explain it. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the rooms look old and my dad’s room shower wasn’t working properly.

AC was noisy and didn't work very well. Breakfast was one of the worst I've had. Mattress and pillows were hard. The lighting was bizarre - either everything on or everything off. Pretty much the only good thing is the location.

The hotel is nice and has great amenities but the front desk staff can be a little rude. They charged our credit card 166 with no notification and did not show on our room account. When we went to the front desk they said it was a smoking fee. We don’t smoke, vape, light candles etc. the gave us ...

The casino itself is nice as are the people. The room is old and the food is terrible for a lot of money. Buffet is $47 per person with old food. Bring a large budget for meals. The Kids area is nice but again major price increases. You are charged for so much it is crazy.
