"unihabitable hotel you will only deal with their ai chatbot multiple guest straded at all times outside property like us rooms had to be moved because they were unihabitable we asked for refund they said they do not give rubds so we lost $1300 for the week we left hotel told them to cancel us and they still text us with their ai bot im from miami this is worst hotel operation ever on south beach four orher guests were stranded and furious this week no on site staff horrible rooms and no refu ds buyer beware this place should be shut down"

"We were very happy with our stay. George was super friendly and enjoyable to interact with, very accommodating as well. We were hauling a large trailer, which can be stressful. It can be challenging to find a nice place to stay that allows parking. The house was extremely comfortable and peaceful, the decorating was just our style so we loved it. We had a personal tour of the magnificent property by George; a wonderful and generous soul. His knowledge of plants and trees is vast; you can tell it is his passion.Plan to stay again soon"

"This was our 3rd time staying at this house. So so clean!!!! Wonderfully stocked with coffee, bottled water, cooking spices and more. The pool screen is a must for us. No problems with bugs while outside. The owner was great like always. One small problem was that the hot water heater died one evening. They were able to replace it 36 hrs later and then the water was only warm not hot. But no one knows when an appliance will die. "
