Everyone was friendly and sweet. They provide shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the train station so it saves me walking 10mins with heavy suitcases! Pool was fantastic. Free breakfast. Would come back

Here for a weekend of nature and mountain biking. The hotel provides anything I need in quality. Seconds away from the entrance by the river is the cliff train to Sunnegang, perfect if you plan to bike and dine like me. Pity that I don't have time to try out the indoor pool and hot massage tub. Next time!

Free shuttle from the train station to and from the hotel. Great staff, clean room, but the room design with dark finishes and very little lighting was somewhat too much. Great views of the Matterhorn when it is not shrouded in clouds (even snowed one day on August 28th). But overall experience was very nice. 4 stars.

We stayed at the Christiania Mountain & Spa hotel for three nights in mid-Sep25. Services: First of all, the service was amazing! From the moment we got to Zermatt station until we left, every staff member was brilliant towards us! They even had free shuttles to and from the station and the driver brought our bags to our rooms. Since we checked in online, it took less than a minute to check in at the counter. "Alilisa", who greeted us at the front desk, was super friendly and showed us to our rooms, explaining all the hotel stuff like the pool and spa. The breakfast staff were also incredibly polite, kind, and hard-working. Everyone we met was polite and friendly, always saying good morning or good evening whenever we walked past. The manager even opened the door for us when we left too. Christiania is a hotel where the staff really cares about the guests. Rooms: we got two rooms & they were on the fourth floor, east side. The single room was actually pretty nice and cozy. The panorama room with the balcony was totally awesome! It was huge and gorgeous. The view of the Matterhorn was super picturesque, whether I was looking out the big window or on the balcony, any time of day. The bathroom was also beautiful and big. They even gave us welcome fruit, a bathrobe, and slippers. Breakfast: Breakfast was good too. They had hot and continental sections. Gem of a hotel in a prime location!

Christiania Hotel was wonderful. Very nice property and amenities, and rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Service is impeccable. Prime location. One minute walk to the funicular and five minute walk to the main street. Unfortunately my wife got sick while we were in Zermatt and didn’t feel well enough to leave on the day we were supposed to. The front desk was fantastic in accommodating us. They allowed us to extend our stay and shuffled things around so we could keep the same room. They also provided us everything we needed to help my wife feel better. Really wonderful management and staff here. A huge thank you to them! When we one day return to Zermatt, we will definitely pick the Christiania Hotel again!

Wonderful stay at the Christiana

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Christiana. It's a cute, charming, and beautiful hotel with a world class pool and spa area and the very best, unobstructed view of the Matterhorn in Zermatt!!! All of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will defintely stay there again, next time we're in Zermatt.

Hvis jeg skulle finde en lille ting rent bæredygtighedsmæssigt; så blev der næsten skiftet sengetøj hver dag, det synes jeg ikke er nødvendigt. Synes hotellet kunne overveje at sætte timer på boblebadet så gæsterne ikke selv kunne tænde for det kørte uafbrudt og larmede ret meget. Men ellers var det et fantastisk ophold 1000 tak

8年前に父と訪れて良かったので、今回は夫と泊まりました。一年前からマッターホルンの見える部屋を予約していきましたら、チェックインの際にマネージャーさんから、「2017年にも来ましたね」と歓迎していただきましたのがまた嬉しかったです。 朝焼けのマッターホルンが部屋から見え、自然の素晴らしいショーを堪能しました。3日とも晴れて、美しいマッターホルンが目に焼き付いています。 宿泊中もスマホ充電ケーブルのトラブルに親切に対応してくださり、感謝です。 次は子供や孫たちと来たいです。
