Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. « Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Then again Pelling is basically just a long road on the flank of the mountain with only hotels along the road. Not much to the place apart from the views of the...

The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times.
