The property's location is second to none Yountville. Super convenient to all Yountville has to offer and conveniently close to both Napa and St. Helena. The room was comfortable and well appointed. A nice bathroom too. I really appreciated finding a room with 2 queen size beds.

Very nice hotel, near the road, but not noisy. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfasts are very tasty, the staff is polite and welcoming.

Breakfast was the best I have seen at a resort. Wonderful pool area, very warm and welcoming. Room was very clean and the fire place was a-great extra.

The first time I stayed in this hotel was 1984 and it was nice, quiet and reasonably priced. This visit was a revelation. The hotel is spectacular, still quiet and perfectly located but with beautifully appointed rooms. I can't wait to return.

The room had a fireplace that didnt draft well. Consequently, the room had a smokey smell. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Great staff. Exceptional continental breakfast.

Room smelled like smoke.
The hotel is very conveniently located, but the room smelled to sour chimney wood smoke our entire stay. Our clothes smelled like smoke when we returned home. There is clearly a draft problem with the in room fireplace that needs to be corrected for a better review.

If you only require lodging while you explore wine country, this property is conveniently located and attractive. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there are some nice hospitality touches. If a spa-like ambiance and a hot tub in particular is part of your vision for your trip, then I would consider choosing a different Yountville property. I brought my mother here for her first trip to Napa Valley. It was a cold, rainy weekend and she had an recently injured knee. We had one wine tasting scheduled, but mostly imagined ourselves relaxing in the large hot tub we saw in the photos and perhaps enjoying a spa treatment. Upon arrival, we learned that the hot tub was out of service, and scheduled for repairs the next day. I pleaded with the manager to be released from our reservation so that we could book another available spa property. She politely but firmly refused to alter our reservation for that night. She called to check on us, upgraded our room, and really tried to make our stay pleasant, but we weren’t looking for free stuff, we just wanted a working hot tub. All in all, we managed to get 15 minutes in the “repaired” hot tub the following evening before it broke down again. The tub and equipment looks a bit dated and I get the sense this isn’t unusual. We didn’t even call it in, we just gave up. If a hot tub is important to your stay, splurge a little bit more at one of the newer spa-resorts nearby. I wish so much that I had.

I am very sorry the hot tub was down during part of your stay and the effect it had on your overall time. Our pool and hot tub are brand new as we took advantage of the 2020 and 21 years so it is frustrating that this can still occur despite brand new equipment and courtyard areas. You are correct we do not have a full spa atmosphere on site, other properties offer full spa in Yountville do, and might be more appropriate if our courtyard, pool, fire pits and spa treatment room is insufficient or not offering full range of options for everyone.We appreciate your understanding and wish you a great holiday season with friends and family.Warmest regards,

This Lodge is simply beautiful. The rooms are large and cozy with spacious balconies! The courtyard with bocce ball, open fireplaces, heated pool and hot tub is a great place to hang out! My husband went to the complimentary breakfast everyday and loved it. This place also has a great location with restaurants in walking distance and the most beautiful gas station market with piano playing, food and wine offered for purchasing! Definitely going back to Napa Valley Lodge one day!

The rooms were so clean and I am as very picky person. They met my standard. The bed was comfortable. The property is in good condition. The breakfast is very good with a lot of selections to eat. My friend has special diet and she was able to eat and enjoy. The only thing she didn’t like was the coffee. Some guess were very noisy when we were trying to have a relaxing evening.

A Great Play to Stay with Many Extras
This was a wonderful property in a perfect location. It was easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and tasting rooms in town. Breakfast was a real treat with many options to choose from including espresso or mimosas. We will be back!
