Perched above the river and surrounded by nature, this spacious split-level cabin offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. With over 2,000 square feet of living space, it's an ideal setting for families or small groups looking to unwind, reconnect, and experience Yosemite from a truly special home base. The expansive deck is the heart of the home—overlooking the river below and complete with a custom propane fire pit, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply listening to the soothing sounds of flowing water. Thoughtful amenities throughout the home ensure a comfortable stay in every season, whether you're exploring the park or enjoying a quiet day in. Good news — since this home is located inside Yosemite National Park, you do not need a separate park reservation! Staying flexible and checking conditions ahead of time will help you make the most of your adventure in this stunning region. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team provides salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray for your use. Occasionally, previous guests leave behind items such as spices, aluminum foil, or ziplock bags. You're welcome to use any of these, but please note that our team does not check for or restock them, so we can't guarantee what will be available. For every reservation, all linens are cleaned in commercial-grade washers using hypoallergenic detergent that's stronger and more effective than typical residential options. They're then pressed at 300°F—nearly twice as hot as a standard home dryer—to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and freshness. It's an extra step we take to provide a truly clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Fireplace/Firepits: No open wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, or campfires are permitted at short-term rentals. Charcoal grills of any type are strictly prohibited. Guests shall not bring any personal grills, barbeques, or other outdoor cooking apparatuses to the short-term rental; only those grills, barbeques, or other outdoor cooking apparatuses provided with the short-term rental are permitted to be used as installed and in the location installed. No Pets: We love animals but unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly. This helps us protect guests with allergies. If you're traveling with a furry friend, let us know — we'll be happy to recommend one of our pet-friendly Love Yosemite! properties nearby. Parking: There is enough parking for 3-4 cars at this property. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. Please be mindful to obey speed laws and drive slowly in residential neighborhoods! Garbage: Garbage truck service is not available in this area. Yosemite Park requires visitors to "pack out" their garbage. There are several free bear proof dumpsters within walking distance of the cabin where you can dispose of your garbage. Security Cameras: There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home. Snow Chains: California Highway Patrol and the National Park Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions. Insurance: Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. Pests: Please note that this property is nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains, offering a wonderful connection to nature. While we take regular preventive measures, including professional pest control, occasional visits from local wildlife—such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, or cobwebs—can occur. If you notice any of these during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort. Neighbors: Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood! Maintenance: In case of emergency - Management and Management's representatives and agents have the right to enter the premises, after making reasonable attempts to contact tenants, to make any necessary repairs to maintain the health and safety of the tenants or the property. No Smoking: The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage. It’s so beautiful, so peaceful. The lower deck looks out over a little stream and beautiful trees. There is a neighbor to the right, but no one to the left, so it feels pretty private. The hosts were great about checking in with us several times to make sure everything was ok, and very responsive when we had questions. The house is exactly as described, and the positive and recent reviews are accurate.It is towards the end of the development, which means it is pretty quiet. You can hear the river... especially at night if you leave a window open.But, the river is far enough down the hill that you don't have to worry about the kids wandering down and getting too close.Internet is fast... cell service is terrible (not the property's fault)The back deck is awesome and the propane firepit is awesome.Not sure what else to say other than when we go back to Yosemite, we will absolutely stay here again.Oh, I will add that it is a drive to the valley. This was a very special trip because we were taking my boyfriend‘s mom who has wanted to go to Yosemite National Park since she was 16 years old. It was really a bucket list opportunity to take her there and so we wanted to make sure everything went well. I picked this property because it looked like the most well-maintained and all inclusive house I could find in the park at a reasonable price. It definitely exceeded our expectations. It is right on the river. You can look down from the second floor balcony and see a beautiful river flowing and hear it while you’re sleeping in bed. All of the appliances worked perfectly, and it was amazing that it had a sort of vintage decor, but everything was still in perfect condition down to the toaster! It was a toaster from the 50s that worked perfectly, which was really fun to see all of those gadgets from another time. The spot had everything that we needed and more and was absolutely gorgeous and embodied everything you want to experience at Yosemite. But I think the most impressive part was the Customer Service. You can reach somebody at any point of the day and they are happy to assist. We were having trouble finding the house and we drove in at like 11 PM at night. We were pretty stressed and the guy that got on the phone with us was so kind and funny and helped us find exactly where it was. It was a great way to start the trip being that he was so friendly! Our group of 8 people had plenty of room to spread out. Our favorite place to have our morning coffee was on the spacious deck with a beautiful view of the forest and the sound of the river below. The house is very close to the Swinging Bridge trail, which has a great swimming hole on the river. Our visit was in mid-July and it was hot, which made it difficult for the upstairs to stay cool, but that didn't deter from the great time we had. ##### Trait T.
