« Myself, aunt and sister in-law stay at the cottage this spring and fell in love. It was quiet and had amazing views of the rocky coastline and the Nubble Lighthouse right there. My sister in-law walked to both short sands and long sands beach so close to everything. Being right next to Fox's Lobster House an extra bonus with amazing food and friendly staff. We will be back thanks for the amazing stay. »

You can see Nubble Lighthouse from the front living room all day (and night) long. Partner that with beaches, shopping, and anything you could need writhing 15 minutes of driving and this is a true winner! The hosts are so accommodating and friendly. When we could not locate a hair dryer, we had one within ten minutes, and even on a rainy day Phyllis was quick to text and...

« We were not happy with the property, pictures made it seem bigger than what it was. Very old inside, shower leaked in the main house, a chair broke with someone sitting in it, hurt her back. Very musty smelling, furniture old. We did not like that the owner lived right on the property, felt liked we we’re always being watched coming & going. Old plastic roped tablecloth on the table, not cleaned very well, pails in bedroom still had garbage in them. Would not recommend 😔 »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was exactly what we needed as a family of three. Nicely stocked kitchen, cute breakfast nook, and a nice little living room to hang out in after a day at the beach. The walk was no more than 5 minutes to short sands. Quiet neighborhood, so sitting outside in the patio area was so relaxing. The owners were super sweet and very responsive to our questions and concerns! We cannot wait to return again! »

« We had a great stay at this home in York. It is well appointed for a beach house, it was clearly professionally cleaned, and it has a cool old charm to it. Perfect location right on the beach. Just be aware that the basement is occupied by a relative of the owner and their dog. We didn’t have a problem during our stay but did have to share parking and be mindful of the other person on the property. »
