"The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. That said, it's not bad as a rental apartment, and was a good fill-in for us when our Air BnB booking was cancelled on short notice. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...

Truly breathtaking views, comfortable beds and super convenient to walk to the train. My only regret is that I didn’t stay for longer to take advantage of the refresh lounge and massage room. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again! "

"Absolutely love this hotel so much that we rebooked with them again. I have never experienced such friendly staff at any other hotel. Multiple people are always greeting you as you walk by. The rooms are spotless and quite spacious (I got the family room). Location is excellent as well. Lots of yummy food spots nearby and train stations. "
