A 19th century house with unobstructed sea views About this space A Maltese traditional house with limestone features situated in one of the most tranquil seaside villages on the island. Complimenting this property are the magnificent views of sunrise and the blu Mediterranean Sea, visable from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. The property is situated just 3 minutes walk from the newly and biggest shopping mall on the island. Shoreline shopping complex was inaugurated on the 15th of February 2024. The space A beautiful, traditional, bright, airy Maltese village house located in the tranquil, picturesque village of Xghajra on the south coast of the island. The house offer breath taking sea views of the blue Mediterranean complimented with the spectacular sunrise. Set on two floors with classic Maltese doors and apertures, with its own private porch overlooking the sea and back yard. The main door leads to a lovely, welcoming living room with, smart tv, fireplace and wifi. Next to the living is a fully equipped kitchen/dinning room. From one side leading to the yard, on the other side to the laundry area and main bathroom. From the yard one accesses the second bathroom room. On the second floor are located 2 traditional bedrooms with ferro batutto beds and solid oak furniture. Complimenting the bedrooms are two separate balconies. From bed in the main bedroom, one can watch the spectacular Sunrise. Guest access Guest access includes front porch overlooking the promenade, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, laundry area, main bathroom, shower room and a Maltese traditional back yard with limestone features. On the second floor 2 bedrooms, one of which has a spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. Bien équipée avec deux terrasses donnant sur la mer, la maison est également située dans une zone moins touristique et très appréciée avec supermarchés et restaurants à proximité directe. La petite plage en face de la maison est idéale même avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous y avons passé du temps à chasser les poissons! Joe est également très disponible et a su nous conseiller sur les sites à privilégier. Nous recommandons cette maison à 100% ##### Sandra L.
