We had one of the best wine tastings ever with an amazing English language overview of Frankische wines but also wine making and the region. Big thanks to Max! The apartment is beautiful, clean and well appointed. There are some things to consider, however. The home is open to the Winery staff through the basement and they were present throughout our stay working in the basement without any...

« Our family of 5 is from Texas, but we had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Wurzburg over the Christmas holidays. We had booked Rene’s apartment from December 21-24, but due to an unfortunate miscommunication, it was double booked for the first night. Despite that, he arranged two separate rooms for us at a local hotel, and he met us personally both on arrival and at checkout. "La chambre était petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons moins aimé la douche qui n’a pas de porte, ce qui rend la salle de bain toute mouillée après la douche. Le personnel est très gentil. C’était plutôt tranquille malgré l’emplacement central en ville. Tout est bien accessible à pied, ce qui est très bien. Le stationnement est cependant le point négatif, car c’est plutôt cher (environ 19 euros par jour dans le stationnement près de l’hôtel ou dans la rue à 2 euros l’heure jusqu’à 19h). "
