I also grew up in Wilmington so I was excited to be walking distance from the beach and restaurants I grew up eating at. Scott and Cheryl have a great studio right in the heart of Wrightsville and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Roberts Grocery is just outside the Gate Door and we walk to all the restaurants we love after spending the day on the beach. In all of the years we’ve been staying here, once we park the car in spot 201 on arrival, we never get back in until leaving day. Everything is right there. Last, there is a common 2nd floor patio overlooking N Lumina and Lagergeads Tavern which is a really nice spot to sit with a cocktail or wine before heading out to dinner.
