« While in the area for our daughter’s wedding, we stayed at this lovely property with extended family. The home is definitely spacious with plenty of room for us to spend time together. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy several meals together in between planned activities. The location was convenient for groceries and other shopping, and the neighborhood was nice for evening walks. We appreciated Eric’s communication and responsiveness and would highly recommend this property! »

« I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy. « Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely. »

« Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs. »
