All cameras record 24/7 and are limited to common areas only. There are no cameras inside the apartment or private spaces. SHORT TERM PERMIT #00987P \*Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.\* ➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking ➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. ➤ No parties or events allowed ➤ Please note that we will be using a 3rd party service to verify your information before check-in ➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible ➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed ➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund ➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We\`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them ➤ Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in) ➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 28 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property ➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit (or through Airbnb resolutions) ➤ No pets allowed ➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos ➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera ➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week ➤ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows.
