Room we stayed in was dusty and it is evident cleaning is not to an acceptable international standard however I was not too fussed to complain as we were out throughout the day till the late evening when we returned to rest. For a hotel there are areas that require significant improvements to enhance customer experience however we enjoyed Berlin."
