The compact central island functions as an excellent workspace or additional seating during meals. This unit is situated on the ground floor, allowing for easy access to the outdoor area. The dining space, adjacent to the kitchen, provides an unobstructed view of the living room and can accommodate eight people at the generous table. The main living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen television, a VCR, a DVD player, a stereo system, complimentary Wi-Fi, a small half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and does not include air conditioning. Furthermore, it features a private deck that overlooks a large grassy area, ideal for summer enjoyment and conveniently located next to the main recreation center. The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the primary private deck, and is equipped with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also contains a queen bed and offers access to the main bathroom situated in the hallway. The third bedroom serves as a children's retreat, complete with a shower bathroom and a Captain’s Bunk. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area. The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them. There was a dirty washcloth with a wad of hair left and there was hair all over the tub! The pillows in the bunk bedroom were so flat it was like sleeping without a pillow. The rest of the house was clean but very dated and old. The dishwasher did not work and had very smelly water left in the bottom of it. But I would like to let you know that your maintenance man Jim was great! He came over and spent time getting the water out so it didn’t smell. That being said my only gripe is that all the cookware is extremely old and used, also the carpets and furnishings def show some wear and tear, rv set up very hard to figure out.
