The main open-concept layout highlights hardwood flooring and large windows that allow abundant Colorado sunlight to illuminate the space, offering spectacular views of the Fraser River, the surrounding forest, and Winter Park Ski Resort. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that accommodates three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a spacious table and additional seating for up to six. The living area is ideally designed for relaxation, featuring a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and generous plush seating, along with access to a private patio. It is important to mention that air conditioning is not available. Other bathrooms were one with an excellent walk-in shower plus sink (no toilet), and one with just a toilet and sink. Worked for us given there were only 2 couples.Would have been helpful to have a heads up and directions for using a convection stovetop.
