A lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, downtown and tourist sites like the Forks within walking distance. The house is freshly renovated and has everything you would need. Although there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee, she brought coffee the 2nd night of our stay, there was no tea, not sure if there was a kettle or not. I messaged asking when it would be fixed, and was told it would not be but that there was a laundromat nearby. If there are any amenities listed that are important to you, I would suggest messaging the host to confirm that they are still there - even if they are on the listing.\*The two single beds had very firm mattresses (comparable to a sleeping mat on the ground - one member of our group ended up sleeping on the couch\*All of the house rules before booking - the host sent a message with a dozen plus house rules the day before check in. On my first morning, I walked towards The Forks. There are others walking, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. In the night time, the neighborhood is quiet. The property is well renovated inside with modern amenities. The host is very accommodating and communicated well. ##### Mary Lou M. I visited Winnipeg for a medical procedure at St.Boniface hospital and this property was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful inside and feels brand new. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there is an AMAZING bath tub!! The host was super helpful and easy to get in touch with, always answered quickly. Convenient parking and friendly neighbourhood. I enjoyed the house , I felt safe and it was very clean .
