"The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "I paid for the business suite since I was there on business. We checked in, got the room key, walked in to a regular king room NOT the business suite. I went back up to the desk and asked about the room and was told that the business suites were not available. Did I mention I had already paid for the business suite? The gentleman was very apologetic and said he would reach out to the manager and was told to deal with hotels.com. I reached out them and they tried to contact the hotel manager and he refused to give me back the difference between the 2 rooms. So I ended up paying for a business suite and only got a king room. It was like a $40 difference. The phone in the room did not even work when the front desk tried to call us."

"Very unique property. Pretty. Old but refurbished beautifully. Music from dining room was bothersome & kept us from getting to sleep. We were put in a handicapped room( not needed but was only room available) that was beautiful but every time we used bathroom at night, the light automatically came on. Also the light above the door flashed off & on. We were able to turn it off. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. Burned out bulb I suppose. We were given a $5 voucher each for breakfast at a nearby diner that was delightful."

"Overall for the price it was ok room was clean bed comfortable but no extras we had to go get toilet paper phone didn’t work refrigerator and freezer was absolutely terrible put ice packs in freezer when we went to get them out they were frozen to bottom and sides could not get them out went to the front desk she gave me a screwdriver to try but that didn’t work so we had to leave them breakfast at eight am was about gone jug of milk sitting on the counter I’ll pay extra next time for a better stay "

"Always a great stay at any Hampton Inn. But the one in Martin was clean, well lit and very nice. Samantha at the check in desk was so professional and genuinely nice as well."
