"The house is nestled back in the wood for a perfect feeling of seclusion while still being conveniently located to amenities around. The cabin was very clean and organized and offered almost any amenity you could really need. The wrap around porch was a great spot for hanging out with friends and perfect place to slowly wake up on the swing in the morning time. Host was very nice and communication was amazing! We spent the day exploring Cane Creek and Dismals Canyon, then enjoyed a relaxing evening at the cabin. Grilled out with ease—there’s a grocery store just 3 miles away. "If you are looking for a beautiful, wooded getaway with no other humans, this is it! A comfortable home with everything you need to cook, rest, and enjoy a break from your phone. Easy 1.5 hour drive from Birmingham Alabama. My family had a great time at the "secret beach"! I loved it as an adult, but my 7-year-old was absolutely enamored. I loved waking up to the view of the treetops from the master bedroom looking out on to the private balcony. Going to stay longer next time! "
