"DO NOT STAY HERE: 1. Hotel in disrepair and dirty 2. Hot tub and pool had “things” floating and on bottom. Disgusting 3. Gym is a joke. 1 partially working treadmill. 1 treadmill from 1970. 1 non working recumbent bike. Non functioning cable weight pull machine. No dumbbells. No kettlebells. No exercise balls or mats. 4. Rooms showed disrepair , inattentive and were dirty. The staff must be underpaid and under resourced. Time for new owners and new managers. My complaints went ignored. Do not stay here. The health inspector needs to visit this place. Gross."

"During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch."

"The price for the stay was expensive for what it was. The property needs to be updated overall. Trash was overflowing outside and there were cigarette butts on the ground. No designated smoking area, so people were smoking by the doors. Part of the reason I booked the property was breakfast was included. There was no hot food except for making your own waffles, so we went over to McDonald’s to eat. There was no orange juice. When we got back we had been locked out of our room. I wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but the area was run down, so it made me question cleanliness. Pool deck had chipping paint and the lights were not on so I wondered whether chemical balances were maintained due to the disrepair. It was extremely hot in the pool area with extreme condensation. I’m guessing exhaust fans were broken. Employee was smoking outside when I went to check out pool."
