Staff were so attentive and helpful! The Lobby coffee delicious and very hot, just how I like it! The room very nice, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel felt incredibly warm and welcoming right from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to the front manager, Anu, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and highly attentive to our needs. They also gave us some fantastic recommendations for local attractions. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was generally good. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit. We enjoyed the pool and the beverages available in the lobby. The evening reception lady had awesome and accurate suggestions for restaurants. The only thing that we didn't like was that there is no cleaning or bed making unless you stay 3 nights, Not a good standard for a Hotel in this price range and brand name.

Very clean, basic hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly & helpful (Anun gave me both bakery and restaurant recommendations that were excellent). It was the perfect spot to stay for a hockey tournament.

We stayed 2 nights and contrary to the Expedia notes on booking, we were charged a daily deposit for each of the day. This was a surprise on the credit card, contacted the hotel and the staff was rude and said they charged the deposit for one day only which was not true. The charge was removed in the end but the practice is both unique and annoying, adding to additional time spent to clear the issues. The hotel itself and the room had no issues.

This was a perfect stay with two exceptional features: first, the room had a conventional desk and then also a chair with a rolling tv table so that TWO PEOPLE COULD WORK AT THEIR COMPUTERS AT THE SAME TIME! This was a game-changer! Second, the room and whole hotel was filled with local art, which was fabulous and inspiring. The staff was exceptional. The free breakfast was fine. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE.

The staff was very friendly. However the bathroom floor grout was very dirty looking. As a professional cleaner, I could see it definitely needed a deep steam preassure cleaning and to be sealed to prevent dirt from seeping into the porous grout. At night the hall and outside smelled like sewage. Leamington I guess does this due to the venting of the green houses. The pool which we hoped to use was drained and continental breakfast was poor and done at 9AM. Repeat 9AM. No luck for you getting coffee if you sleep in. For a budget hotel, it was ok. I wouldn't stay here unless you have no other options though. The shower pressure and heat was however awesome and the beds were comfortable enough but there was wear and tear on the light fixtures in the room. No netflix and very limited cable tv.
