"First visit to HK with my wife and wonderful place to stay. Very close to everything we could have wanted and easy transport links elsewhere. Staff were friendly and attentive when necessary. Only two things could’ve been better; our room was a weird angle which made it smaller than assumed and with two big cases for 6 nights made it a little awkward. The other thing is only a small annoyance personally but that we wanted to do some clothes washing as we’re also going to Korea and were more than happy to buy the tokens for the wash and dry etc but we were told we had to buy the pod/detergent also which seems slightly counter productive as we were never going to buy that for one single wash. Other than that though is a wonderful stay. "

"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. You can also catch buses around HK - about 5 to 10min walk to a bus stop depending on where you want to go in HK. Will definitely stay here again as its good value for the price considering how expensive HK is. You can pay $100 - $150 AUD less to stay closer to the main harbour but the rooms will be half the size, no view and probably not quiet for a good sleep. Book this hotel, its worth it."
