This beautifully maintained cottage on Mineral Springs Avenue in the Park is just a short stroll to the beach.

The first floor includes a living room with cable television and two futon sofa beds; a large eat in kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, portable dishwasher, coffee maker, washer and dryer; a powder room; a new back deck with a gas grill and a large, welcoming front porch to catch up with each other, or catch the breeze.

The second floor houses a master bedroom with a queen bed; two bedrooms which each have twin beds; and a bath.

Welch sleeps up to eight. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Welch, but cannot be guaranteed.
