The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and drip coffee pot. Modern conveniences such as a Smart TV with cable, wireless internet, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board add to the comfort of your stay. Guests have access to a heated pool, sun deck, BBQ grills, and an outdoor shower. Additional amenities include an elevator, bicycle rack, and ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floors. For added convenience, two communal, coin-operated washers and dryers are available, and there is one parking space included. Linens and towels are included and will be set up in the unit prior to arrival.
