"Great stay & room clean "

" M gallery have done a wonderful job of turning the old council offices into a palatial hotel. Room was of a good size with excellent facilities. 3 small but common nags could have made the room and stay perfect. 1 only four tiny sachets of milk, but enough tea bags and coffee for half a dozen cups.There’s a fridge so why not put fresh milk in it. 2. The breakfast is very expensive at £25pp. So we went to a little cafe up the road and got breakfast for under £20 for both of us. 3. My wife says a man designed the room as like so many hotels there’s a giant TV over the dressing table instead of a mirror and good light.There was a decent full length mirror though. "

"Easy going and friendly staff, very convenient location in walking distance to all terminals via the skylink. Rooms were very clean and modern with good amenities. "

"Nice and clean hotel room, bit noisy being city centre, windows are old and felt but dodgy, great central location and close to the shops, felt very safe with security on the door at night checking everyone was supposed to be there. Friendly staff who were very helpful. "

"Location for us was spot on. loved the Decor, self check in was really simple but there were staff on hand and were lovely regardless. Rainfall shower was Amazing and loved the fact we could wind down and watch our favourite podcasts on the built in streaming services on the tv, most hotels only have standard Tv channels. Would 100% stay here again. Our only gripe was that we could hear the room above run the taps and flush but it was a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t put us off coming again. Also, a shower mat in the rooms to put down in the bathroom would be handy."

"The staff were all lovely and helped with a birthday package. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The car park was relatively close, only a 5 minute walk. It took a while to get through to someone on the phone to talk about the birthday package but when i got through they were very helpful and gave me an email address to help with any information i needed. Will definitely stay there again"

"Great value for money, ideal location in the middle of Manchester. Beds were very very comfortable, rooms immaculate and very well equipped. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all we would definitely return if we were coming to Manchester again! "

"Ideally situated in the centre of Manchester. Large comfortable bed in spacious room and an excellent selection for breakfast. Would recommend and definitely would stay again"
