The front desk staff was very helpful and caring. The price was good for Kalispell area in the summer (everything is overpriced because of tourism). This hotel was about $100 less per night than many others in the Kalispell area. However, even with the lower price, I think that the room that we had could use some renovations.

I only needed the room for one night and this hotel met my needs. It’s not modern or updated, but it was clean and a safe place to stay. The shower was hot and had good water pressure but I would definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept great. It was nice to find a basic continental breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy, but also not scary.

They have a free breakfast that includes cereal, bread, bagels, and muffins. Butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Juice and milk. They did have hot water, bed was normal comfort. Rooms were nicely clean and smelled nice. We did have to ask for room service to clean (take trash and dirty linens). Our room key acted strange at times not unlocking the door when we had a green light. Overall good stay but wouldn’t go back bc of breakfast not having hot options (pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs).

This property is run down and out of date. The room was dark and small with a strong unpleasant odor of disinfectant. There was no shampoo, only conditioner for some weird reason and the liquid/bath soap provided was handsoap. We didn't eat breakfast, but it seemed to not be worthwhile. We were told that the vending machines were broken. To the positive, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay just one of the two nights we booked which was done easily without any charges.

The reason I am giving it a 2 is because of the Wifi. When we arrived, we had Wifi for only 2 hr the first night. We stayed 3 nights. They didn’t let us know about their wifi problem when we checked in, only when I asked. They were not apologetic about it either. Coming from Canada we had to use our own Wifi and it cost us. Great location on the upside.

Beds were comfy and bedding smelled clean. Bathroom needed a good scrub and the floors throughout the room were sticky. Not sure what was used to mop the floors. Breakfast: tables were messy. Food was running out and not being monitored or filled. Sorry, but would not recommend.

I saw some less than favorable reviews, and wasn't sure if they had breakfast or not based on their description, but booked anyway to save a few bucks in the overpriced area. I ended up being pleasantly surprised. There is room for improvement, but I had a decent stay. There was a slightly funky smell upon entering that seemed to be coming from the wall unit air conditioner which was set to 65° with the fan on high. I changed the temperature to something more tolerably warm, turned the fan to auto and left the room for about a half hour. Upon returning the smell had dissipated for the most part. The room looked clean, but the floor had to have been dirty since I noticed a lot of black water coming from my feet when I got in the shower. The only time I had my shoes off was inside the room, so it had to have come froand m the floors. The bed was comfortable the room surprisingly uiet considering how noisy the street jwas. Breakfast,

Overall I’d give a 3.5/5 star rating. Some things were good: Staff were all friendly and as helpful as they could be. Morning breakfast had some good muffins and toasted bagels. Cereal, oatmeal, apples and coffee were available too. Room was clean, AC unit worked great. Rooms had a microwave and mini fridge as well. Now on to the bad things…the wifi was out almost the entire stay (3 nights). So we couldn’t stream Netflix on our laptops. The water got shut off 1 hour before we had to leave for an event, so we couldn’t shower (leak in 2nd floor). No shampoo in shower, just hand soap and conditioner. Overall our stay wasn’t bad, just the maintenance things that could have been handled better and actually having working wifi would have made things much nicer. Price was fair for our stay as well.
