"We had booked a suite Within a short time of being in the suite , there was a rumbling nouse followed by a stench from the drains which became stifling . The front desk obviously knew about the problem m and should not have given us that room in the first place . W e had to change rooms after midnight and then again the following day . Staff were helpful. Bathroom not cleaned properly and if the 3 rooms we occupied , 2 had cracked wash basins . Toilet not cleaned properly Was disappointed with this hotel because it does not live up to its required standards "

"The breakfast was great. Room was nice and clean. I liked the door hangers for room cleaning. Bad only one elevator functioning. They needed both for full hotel. Broken washer in laundry. "

"Small bar/restaurant. There is outdoor seating. The food I ordered was good and served quickly. The pool area is quiet with nice shaded seating and lounges. This is a nice place to stay. It is close to Arches NP enttrance and away from the hub bub of downtown. Dowtown is still close if you want to venture down there for other places to eat."

"Breakfast should have plant milk for vegans and lactose intolerant customers..coffee was lackingbin flavor at breakfast area..too much water came out of the coffe machine when pressing button so watery coffee..cofee pot in room did not work properly either..no hot water our 1st night but was fixed the next day.. overall quiet and clean and good location to walk to shops and restaurants and still be quiet location"

"Friendly, helpful staff. I stayed here with my dog. They had 4-5 grassy areas for dogs to potty, which is very helpful in the desert as my dog prefers grass. I really liked the small sink, counter, shelf, paper towels in the area with the fridge and microwave. Place was clean and bed was comfy."
