"First of all, Roberto at the front desk was so friendly and made us feel welcome and important. The decor was beautiful. We stayed in a standard queen room. The air conditioner was camouflaged by a beautifully carved cabinet. The room was very clean and the bedding was delux and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and beautiful also. The shower was spacious and the towels were nice and weighty. The Conair regular sized hairdryer was good too. I asked for an iron and ironing board and it was promptly brought to our room. I was disappointed that there were no electrical plugs on or near the night stand by my side of the bed. I use my phone as an alarm clock. The other side on the bed did have an alarm clock with 2 electrical plugs in it and 2 on the wall behind the nightstand. I always bring a long extension cord just in case I need one. I thought the lighting in the room was a little too too dim for the darkly painted walls. The bathroom lighting was also not bright enough to put on make-up. In spite of the lighting and the plugs, I would definitely recommend this property."

"The pool was a little dirty meaning leaves, dirt at the corner of the pool, the breakfast was heaven, fresh food! The room was very tidy and clean other than some dust on the TV and paint stains on walls. Staff were helpful but a bit vague."
