Had some noise problems - it's essentially a 6-story apartment buildingso you have lots of neighbors. First night there was a cleaning crew cleaning the unit above us that kept us awake. When I told the front desk the next day they said they just attributed it to the busy weekend and said they didn't manage that unit. The Whistler Platinum crew is great and ever willing to help with request or issues with very fast response time.
