Very comfortable and well equipped. The only frustration we had was that it was hot when we arrived and there were no instructions for the air conditioning. We called the after-hours number, but there was no one with whom we could speak who was helpful. The after-hours person had no idea how to help us, offering to have someone come the next morning. This seemed surprising, given the cost of the home and how basic air conditioning is. Fortunately, I was able to call my son (back in Portland, Oregon) who helped us successfully.A second bit of feedback: we asked about what basic food supplies the kitchen had and we were told they had salt and pepper but nothing else. So we purchased spices, oils, etc. When we arrived, we saw the home had a huge collection of spices, oils, etc. We did not expect to have such a lovely assortment of spices, but it would have been helpful if the woman with whom we spoke on the phone had correctly informed us about what the kitchen in the home had. I appreciate you can't know everything about every home that you rent, but I think it would be good to have instructions for heat/air conditioning and the convection oven available and correct information about basics in the kitchen (at least spices). Otherwise, we loved this home, its location and beauty. We also appreciated how incredibly friendly the entire staff was when we were making the arrangements to stay in this beautiful home. ##### Lisa M.
